Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Retail Experts for in-person service at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support to customers while growing your local client base.

Eligibility includes active tax licenses, PTIN, and at least 3 years of high-volume returns. The role requires on-site presence, Sundays through Saturdays, about 20 hours weekly, and a uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, ~20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver tax planning advice using government resources and team support.
• Create a positive customer experience and help grow local client base.
• Interact with customers in-person and via video tools.
