Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging your tax expertise to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will grow the local client base, engage the community, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses/certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willingness to build local community presence and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; capable of front-facing service.
