Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to walk-in customers, while growing the TurboTax client base in the local community.

Role involves in-person service, local marketing collaboration, and building long-term relationships with clients. A competitive compensation package and benefits accompany this front-facing, year-round position.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.
• Familiar with Circular 230 and professional tax standards.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory welcomed.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform; front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging local prospects and turning leads into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers across simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients achieve financial goals with professional guidance.
