Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and help expand Intuit’s local client base while delivering outstanding customer service in a retail setting.

Role requires tax expertise, relevant licenses, and the ability to work Sundays through Saturdays with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing retail.
• English/Spanish bilingual abilities a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and grow the client base in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for customers.
• Lead local marketing efforts and engage prospects to convert them into clients.
