Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. Provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers while building local relationships.

You’ll act as a community ambassador, assist with local marketing, and help grow the client base. Requires on-site availability, strong tax credentials, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Fluent English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Conduct tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future tax strategies.
• Grow local client base and foster long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and engage with the community.
