Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and support clients in a friendly, community-focused setting.

The role emphasizes building local relationships, growing the client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while representing TurboTax in local markets.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Grow TurboTax client base through outreach, lead nurturing, and long-term relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and help clients reach financial goals.
• Interact with customers onsite and via Intuit video tools.
