Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will serve in-person customers, provide full-service tax return preparation, and offer expert tax advice leveraging TurboTax products.

As a trusted advisor, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, develop relationships, and contribute to community outreach while delivering a best-in-class customer experience through professional service and modern tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with locals and representing TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools; address inquiries and build relationships.
