Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to serve customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, building relationships with local clients and growing the TurboTax presence in the community. The role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney, PTIN) and at least 3 years of returns experience, with weekend availability and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite 20+ hours per week; weekends may be required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ federal/state 1040s per season).

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns using TurboTax for individuals and small businesses.
• Provide tax advice and optimize deductions.
• Grow TurboTax client base by building local relationships and engaging with the community.
• Represent TurboTax in local marketing and outreach efforts.
