Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and support software/product usage while growing your local client base and fostering loyalty.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax services, client education, and building long-term relationships within the community, with flexible weekend coverage and non-exempt, onsite hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds while offering future tax planning guidance.
• Create a positive customer experience and build lasting relationships through community engagement and in-store service.
