Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support to in-person customers while growing the local client base and community presence.

Role requires on-site availability, strong tax knowledge, and a customer-centric approach. Uniforms and weekend hours are expected in a dynamic retail environment with strong pay-for-performance rewards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN on file as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, including weekends.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person using TurboTax tools and guidance to resolve tax questions.
