Job summary

Intuit, in California, seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, helping customers with tax needs and building a local client base. You’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, while delivering a friendly, high-quality customer experience.

The role requires tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorneys preferred), active PTIN, and at least 3 years of experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professional, helpful service.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community engagement.
