Zusammenfassung

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support for in-person customers while building local relationships and driving client growth.

Ideal candidates have active tax licenses (EA/CPA/Attorney) with at least 3 years of tax return experience, PTIN, and familiarity with Circular 230.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience with deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Operating hours are subject to change and will likely scale up during periods of peak customer demand.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador by representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine client focus, building long-term relationships.
• Utilize TurboTax resources and tools to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Support local marketing efforts and grow TurboTax client base in the community.
