Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will prepare taxes, advise clients, and help grow a local TurboTax network while delivering exceptional customer service in a retail setting. Qualified candidates will have active tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney), at least 3 years of filing experience, and a willingness to engage with the community through local marketing and events.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base and establish long-term relationships in the local community.
• Lead local marketing efforts and collaborate with TurboTax marketing support.
