Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in California, serving in-person customers and providing full service tax return preparation and advice.

You’ll grow the TurboTax client base in the local community, build long-term relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while leveraging marketing support and technology to help customers navigate tax seasons and year-round tax needs.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses/certificates if required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging with locals and building a client base.
• Provide hands-on tax expertise, complete returns, optimize deductions, and offer tax planning guidance.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy in-person at retail locations.
