Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, building local client relationships and expanding the customer base through outreach and marketing support.

The role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) and a PTIN, with a minimum 3 years of paid experience handling multiple federal/state returns.

Qualifications

• Active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred and PTIN active.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 and state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and optimize tax outcomes.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
