Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in California, serving customers with tax preparation and advisory services. You’ll engage with local clients, demonstrate tax knowledge, and help build a thriving community presence.

The role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and 3+ years of experience filing 1040s. Willingness to work 20+ hours/week, weekends possible, and residency in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to obtain state licenses as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week including weekends.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice on-site.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and referrals.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and address client inquiries.
• Utilize marketing resources and community engagement to build relationships.
