Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, including California.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building a local client base and driving loyalty. Qualified candidates bring 3+ years of paid tax return experience serving federal and state returns, active EA/CPA/attorney license, PTIN, and ability to work onsite 20+ hours/week.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA or attorney license with strong tax prep experience.
• PTIN in good standing required by law to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador and grow local client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and foster loyalty.
