Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in California, serving customers with tax advice and tax return preparation. You will engage with clients in-person, build a local client base, and leverage TurboTax resources to deliver accurate, clear guidance in everyday language.

Ideal candidates hold an EA/CPA/attorney license, possess a PTIN, and are willing to work in a front-facing retail setting on a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must hold PTIN and be able to file taxes legally.
• Willingness to work onsite in a retail environment, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Identify deductions, optimize tax liabilities, and offer planning guidance.
• Cultivate local client relationships and participate in community outreach.
• Operate with TurboTax tools and CRM to deliver accurate solutions.
