Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice, using TurboTax software to support clients while engaging with the local community and growing the client base. The role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney), PTIN, and a minimum of 3 years of tax preparation experience.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax calculations and software/product support for clients.
• Grow local client base and foster long-term relationships with community outreach.
