Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at Retail or Flagship locations in the United States, serving in-person customers and providing full tax return preparation and tax advisory services. You’ll help grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and leverage TurboTax tools and marketing support to build a thriving business for you and your community.

Role requires active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and at least 3 years of tax filing experience;

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns using professional software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in local community marketing and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and future planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
