Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and help customers navigate their tax needs while engaging with the local community.

The role involves on-site work with a focus on building long-term client relationships, leveraging marketing support, and promoting TurboTax products.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public-facing ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Grow the TurboTax client base through local outreach and community engagement.
