Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support TurboTax software for local clients. This role emphasizes community engagement and building lasting client relationships.

The position requires onsite work, strong tax knowledge, and a commitment to excellent customer service in a retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must hold or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax reviews and discovery sessions to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Assist customers with TurboTax software and product support in-person at a retail location.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to local community presence.
