Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering in-person tax preparation and advisory services. You will attract new clients, build lasting relationships, and contribute to local marketing efforts while representing TurboTax in the community.

Ideal candidates are licensed tax professionals with at least 3 years of experience, adept at complex tax scenarios, and comfortable working a minimum of 20 hours per

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must hold or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Min 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and liabilities.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and client focus.
• Build long-term client relationships and grow local market presence.
