Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to help customers with in-person tax preparation at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and grow the local client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. The role requires active tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney), strong knowledge of tax law, and willingness to work onsite including Sundays.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including Sundays, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, professional tools, and team expertise.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and help grow the local TurboTax client base.
