Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person customers, while growing the local client base and fostering relationships within the community.

You must hold or be able to obtain an EA/CPA/attorney license and have at least 3 years of filing experience using professional software.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain related State licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax location 20+ hours/week; retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; tax advisory experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador and local face of TurboTax.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and tools.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build trust for future relationships.
• Interact with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools; answer inquiries.
