Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and delivering a best-in-class experience.

Successful candidates hold active tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney), have PTIN, and can work 20+ hours/week onsite, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and building a local client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships within the community.
