Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex returns with clear explanations.

As a trusted community ambassador, you will grow the local client base, engage with residents, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability 20+ hours per week, Sundays through Saturdays.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing in retail.
• Ability to build local client relationships and a privacy-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes for future years.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Create a positive customer experience and grow local TurboTax client base.
