Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, helping customers with tax needs and providing full-service tax return preparation and advice.

As a trusted advisor, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while leveraging marketing support and tools to support your thriving business in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite availability, weekend hours, and ability to wear TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Engage with local community to attract new clients.
• Deliver excellent customer experience at TurboTax locations.
