Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Managing Director, Tax Operations to lead major operational programs across Tax, aligning strategy with governance and delivery. You will partner with Tax leadership to translate priorities into scalable operating models and measurable outcomes, driving transformation, efficiency, and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; or 15+ years in operations; CPA preferred
• 15+ years of progressive public accounting or professional services operations experience
• Proven success leading large, cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation
• Experience advising senior leaders in an executive-facing environment
