Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; or alternative with 15+ years in operations.
• Fifteen+ years in public accounting, consulting, or similar matrixed environment required.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs from strategy to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic execution of Tax transformation initiatives and high-priority programs.
• Lead operating model improvements for consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
• Establish governance routines and performance tracking for visibility.
• Monitor budgets, metrics, and performance with Finance and Tax leadership.
• Advisor to Tax leadership; align stakeholders across enterprise priorities.
