This role partners with Tax leadership to translate priorities into scalable operating models and clear execution plans, driving governance, performance visibility, and efficiency gains across the practice.

The position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, enterprise transformation, and long-term growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; or 15+ years in operations with relevant experience
• Fifteen (15) or more years of progressive experience in public accounting or professional services
• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation
• Proven ability to advise senior leaders and influence decisions at executive level

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of Tax transformation initiatives and high-priority operational programs
• Drives operating model improvements for scalability and efficiency
• Establishes governance routines and performance tracking for visibility and discipline
• Monitors budgets and operational metrics with Tax leadership
• Advises Tax leadership and aligns cross-functional priorities
• Oversees Directors, Managers, and Staff to achieve results
