Job summary

H&R Block in Dripping Springs, TX seeks an Office Experience Manager to lead Tax Advisors and CSPs, coach the team, and drive the client experience during the busy tax season. This in-person role starts part-time in fall and expands to a fuller seasonal schedule January–April, with evenings and weekends as needed.

You will partner with the OEM and DGM to execute growth plans, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold high standards of service while coaching and developing staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated people-management experience in a service or retail environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset focused on differentiated service.
• Proven coaching ability with direct feedback and behavioral change.
• Sound decision-making and judgment for a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tough conversations.
• Ability to analyze KPI data to guide daily priorities and coaching.
• Proficiency with MS Office and office systems for daily ops.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily delivery of consultative client experience with disciplined appointments.
• Model client-centric behaviors and set standards for the team.
• Be the on-site point of contact for escalated client service issues.
• Conduct feedback walks and translate insights into coaching.
• Lead office operations: scheduling, capacity, walk-in coverage, timekeeping.
