Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a part-time Office Experience Manager to translate directives into disciplined daily execution and coaching for a team of Tax Advisors and CSPs. You will lead in-person operations, drive client experience, and support seasonal growth while coordinating with OEM and DGM.

The role starts with a flexible fall schedule and expands through the January–April tax season, including evenings and weekends as needed. In-person presence is required.

Qualifications

• People management experience in a service or retail environment.
• Strong client-centric mindset with a commitment to differentiated, consultative client experience.
• Demonstrated coaching capability with direct feedback and behavior change.
• Strong decision-making and judgment in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including handling difficult conversations.
• Data fluency: interpret KPI and coaching data to inform priorities.
• Computer proficiency with MS Office, Teams, and office systems.
• Flexible work schedule and adaptability to business needs.
• High school diploma / GED / equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily office operations, workflow, and client flow, including scheduling and capacity.
• Coach and develop Tax Advisors and CSPs using a Coaching Roadmap.
• Own frontline coaching, delivering feedback and setting commitments.
• Anchor coaching around high-impact behaviors and protect coaching time.
• Coordinate with OEM and DGM to execute growth plans and targets.
• Manage onboarding, training completion, and seasonal readiness.
