• Strong client-centric mindset and ability to deliver differentiated, consultative experience.
• Coaching capability with skill observing performance and giving direct feedback.
• Ability to make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for difficult conversations.
• Data fluency to interpret KPI and coaching data for priorities.
• Proficiency using MS Office, Teams, and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily delivery of consultative client experience within your office.
• Model consultative, client-centric behaviors in your own interactions and set the standard for the team.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for escalated client service concerns and resolve with sound judgment.
• Conduct client walk/talks and exit conversations to gather feedback and translate insights into coaching.
• Coach Tax Advisors and CSPs using a Coaching Roadmap and actionable commitments.
• Anchor coaching on high-impact behaviors and protect coaching time from interruptions.
• Lead day-to-day office operations, including appointment scheduling and timekeeping.
• Direct daily huddles, communicate priorities, and recognize associates.
• Ensure new processes and technology are implemented as designed.
• Partner with OEM and DGM to execute growth plans and service standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and seasonal readiness within the office.
