Job summary

H&R Block seeks a dedicated Office Experience Manager in Texas to lead a team of Tax Advisors and Client Service Professionals, translate directives into disciplined daily execution, and accelerate your office’s seasonal tax business.

Reporting to the OEM and working in-person, you’ll coach staff, manage daily operations, and partner with the District GM to hit growth, client experience, and service standards during the fall ramp and peak tax season.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in service/retail environments.
• Proven coaching and feedback delivery with accountability.
• Strong decision-making and judgment under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to interpret and act on KPI and coaching data.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Tax Advisors and CSPs, and coordinate with the CCS team to deliver consultative client experiences.
• Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, timekeeping, and walk-in coverage.
• Conduct daily huddles, communicate priorities, and reinforce coaching using a Coaching Roadmap.
• Partner with OEM and DGM to execute the office growth plan and client outcomes.
• Manage seasonal readiness, onboarding, and change adoption with empathy and clarity.
