• Lead day-to-day office operations including appointment scheduling, capacity, conflicts, and walk-in coverage.
• Drive office-level growth and client outcomes with OEM and DGM, focusing on client count, revenue, conversion, and service standards.
• Support talent readiness by recruiting, onboarding, and coaching through seasonal changes and new operating expectations.
