Job summary

Intuit seeks dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax office. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, guiding them through personal and business tax needs and connecting them with broader Intuit services.

You will play a key role in building a local client base, leveraging marketing resources to drive growth while delivering a seamless end-to-end client experience in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Attorney certifications with PTIN
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (federal/state) using professional software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit
• Onsite at a TurboTax location with 20 hours/week minimum (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• Willing to complete training and development as required; uniforms and consistent branding may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex tax situations
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and maintain relationships
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) as appropriate
• Build long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and year-round engagement
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions
