Intuit Careers is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location, serving clients with tax preparation and advisory services while building a local client base.

You will connect customers with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, to deliver end-to-end support and year-round prosperity for your community.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, ~20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations including personal and business income.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
