Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax office. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to address personal and business tax needs, while engaging with the community to build a growing client base.

The role emphasizes end-to-end client experiences, using Intuit tools and marketing support to create lasting relationships and drive prosperity in your local market.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem tools (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location with regular hours and teamwork across specialists.
