Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice at a TurboTax location. You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, align with specialists, and deliver end-to-end tax solutions while growing the local client base.

You’ll be a trusted guide, helping with personal and business taxes, deductions, and future planning, and you’ll connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem for comprehensive financial

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; may be featured for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, using TurboTax marketing tools.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma) for ongoing year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Maintain professionalism and adapt to a fast-paced, on-site environment.
