Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax preparation and personalized advice at a local TurboTax office.

You will work with clients in-person and virtually, helping with simple and complex tax situations while connecting them to the broader Intuit ecosystem for ongoing support. Role emphasizes building a local client base, engaging with the community, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax office and maintain regular hours (8:00–17:00) for at least 20 hours/week.
