Job summary

Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice for TurboTax clients at a local location. You will guide clients through personal and business tax scenarios with a collaborative, end-to-end approach, deepening relationships in the community.

You will grow the local client base, work with cross‑functional teams, and leverage TurboTax marketing resources to build a thriving practice while upholding Intuit standards and customer trust.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00 local time, M–F, ≥20 hrs/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services across the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences with cross‑team collaboration.
• Maintain high client satisfaction with professional, friendly service.
