Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in the United States seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands-on tax preparation and client advisory services at a local TurboTax office.

You will work with a team to serve in-person and virtual clients, building long-term relationships and expanding the local client base. You will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while delivering a seamless, end-to-end customer experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on tax preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business scenarios.
• Ability to identify deductions, plan taxes, and provide clear explanations in everyday language.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, both in-person and via TurboTax tools.
