Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax advice and full-service preparation while collaborating with a network of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience.

You will engage with clients personally, handle a range of tax scenarios, and play a key role in growing TurboTax’s local client base through community events and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax-law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid 1040 federal/state returns experience (30+ per season).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 8:00–17:00, 20 hrs/wk.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Act as a community ambassador, driving local growth and client relationships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and long-term engagement.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with professional service.
