Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location, providing full-service tax return preparation and in-depth advisory support. You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver an end-to-end client experience.

You will grow the local client base, lead community events, and act as the local face of TurboTax while delivering personalized service and ensuring client loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; may use name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, networking, and events with marketing support.
• Coordinate with broader Intuit ecosystem for bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
• Act as local face of TurboTax and build long-term client relationships.
