Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience for individuals and businesses.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and leverage marketing tools to showcase TurboTax services.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador, growing the local TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools.
