Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with full-service tax return preparation and expert advice.

You will collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end support while expanding TurboTax’s local client base and building lasting relationships within the community.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA or attorney credentials preferred with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Deliver end-to-end tax solutions across personal and business income and deductions.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and foster community presence.
• Collaborate with specialists for comprehensive client financial needs.
• Represent Intuit in local events and maintain excellent customer experience.
