Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, preparation, and software support while connecting clients with Intuit's broader services.

You will grow the local client base, foster long-term relationships, and participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives with support from TurboTax resources.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, developing local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, offering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning when appropriate.
