Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and personalized tax advice, while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. You will grow the local client base, lead community outreach, and serve as the local face of TurboTax, using marketing tools to build relationships

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours/week minimum, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; training and development required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; be the local face of TurboTax.
• Coordinate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
