Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem for year-round support. You’ll grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships, delivering a best-in-class experience both in person and via TurboTax video tools.

Qualifications

EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience
Active PTIN required to file taxes
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory with training from Intuit
Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, ≥20 hours/week
Willing to complete training and development as required by the business
Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients
Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships
Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem
Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools
Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service
